Capturing the spirit of Spanish horses set free in the Americas in the early 1500’s, this maverick offers new flavors to the Old West wine scene. Caballo’s bright garnet color offers up a gem with exotic aromas and flavors of dark plum, black cherry licorice, bacon fat and earthy notes.
