2009 Cabernet Franc

The 2009 Cabernet Franc is a dark ruby color with aromas of cherry, raspberry and rose petal. Firm acidity, moderate tannins and velvety texture frame flavors of raspberry, bing cherry, and dark plum that linger on the palate with subtle mineral notes. Serve with grilled salmon, game hen, or Tuscan bean soup.
