2009 Viognier

Our Viognier is a classic! The wine was fermented in stainless steel and left on its lees for 6 months prior to bottling. The rich bouquet offers layers of citrus, honeysuckle, peach, and apricot. The crisp acidity combines with the mineral, peach and apricot fruit character to give this rich wine a long beautiful finish. Serve slightly chilled with pate, poultry, seafood or other foods that would be enhanced by this delicious wine. Only 57 cases were produced.
